MW GOLDEN CONSTRUCTORS recently completed a design/build remodel of Lookout Mountain and Buffalo Bill conference rooms in the Jefferson County Judicial Complex. Design for the project was provided by Humphries-Poli Architects.
This conference room remodel entailed renovating two smaller rooms into one larger conference room within the Courts and Administration Building. In addition to MWGC's subcontractors, work had to be closely coordinated with several of the Owner's subcontractors scheduling and supervising their work. The nature of this project was very time and security sensitive. With the building fully occupied during construction, logistics and noise making activities had to be carefully planned and executed to have minimal impact on building users.
