Superintendent
Ideal Project Superintendents:

Have a proven ability to superintend projects up to $10 million
-
Must have at least five years previous experience as a commercial construction superintendent

Are honest, fair, professional, and hard working
-
Are knowledgeable in drawings, specifications, and interpretations thereof
-
Have an uncontrollable habit of following through on procedures and commitments
-
Are looking for long-term employment at a company dedicated to client service
Project Engineer
Ideal Project Engineers:
-
Assist Project Manager in generating and managing project budgets, cost controls and project related invoicing.

Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, material suppliers, hired labor forces, inspectors, testing labs and others as required to fulfill the requirements of the schedule and project(s).

Able to prepare well-written correspondence, proposals, claims and reports with minimal assistance from others.
Carpenters / Laborers
Ideal Carpenters / Laborers:
-
Experience should include typical commercial construction duties such as doors, frames, hardware, rough carpentry, concrete, concrete finishing, and clean up

Must be willing to travel throughout Colorado

Must be a self-starter and have dependable transportation
