The Young Citizens of Philanthropy hosted a 50-mile bicycle ride to support and gain awareness for the Women's Crisis and Family Outreach Center. The first Cycle Against Violence Half Century included more than 50 participants and 35 volunteers. The event, the largest in YCP's history, was a success due to the outstanding support of local businesses, participants and volunteers. The YCP hopes to double the participation at next year's event. The Young Citizens of Philanthropy supports the Women's Crisis and Family Outreach Center's Adopt-A-Family Program. This outreach program was created to help struggling families who are supported by the WCFOC. Sponsors provide gifts, clothing and other needs for their "adopted" families and singles during the holidays. #YoungCitizensofPhilanthropy #WomensCrisisandFamilyOutreachCenter

The YCP has partnered with MW GOLDEN CONSTRUCTORS to donate a large box of toys to the Women's Crisis and Family Outreach Center. The toys and games will help the children and families feel at home during their stay.
